PRODUCT FEATURES
The one-blade formatting device is used to cut the prism to a given length. The material is formatted according to the length set on the pneumatically folding bumper. Included with the machine is a 3-meter roller feeding table and a 3-meter receiving table. The device needs pneumatic power - minimum pressure 6 bar.
The machine is set in a production line, which allows continuous operation in automatic mode. The material to the device is fed through a roller table. The material is collected by means of a roller table.
Formatter is a device where the saw is mounted vertically directly on the motor shaft. The engine together with the saw is placed on a movable support. During cutting, the support performs a transverse movement in relation to the material feed.
