The machine is used for formatting a prism with a length of 800-1600mm in the two-blade version and 800-1200mm in the three-blade version (one of the supports enables a turnout up to 1600mm). Placing the machine in front of the multi-blade reduces the machining time. The device needs pneumatic power - minimum pressure 6 bar. The machine is equipped with a conveyor belt transporting waste.
The machine tool consists of a body and a circular saw drive unit, a feed drive unit and an electrical control cabinet mounted on it. The body of the machine tool is a two-level structure welded from profiles and U-sections, shaped in such a way that it enables close approach of the worker and convenient operation of the machine tool.

In the lower part of the machine tool there is a gearmotor of the main feed drive and a gearmotor of the saw support drive. In the upper part of the body, behind the covers, there is a saw support with motors (with brakes). The saw carriage works by sliding on bars placed horizontally at the two ends of the machine.
