The CROSS CUT 306 optimizer is a professional machine for removing defects from wood and wooden elements.
The machine provides fast, simple and precise cuts to size, increasing production efficiency. The optimizer performs a transverse cut of the material into sections of a certain length, eliminating material defects marked with a fluorescent crayon and using a sensor to analyze the position of the crayon. It is worth noting that the machine can measure and cut in an automatic cycle.
Features:
The pusher moves on a precise linear bearing with a diameter of 25mm, and its movement is ensured by a reducer transmitting the drive from a 750W servo drive.
Precision during material cutting is ensured by a system of pneumatic clamps and positioners.
The precision of the measurement is ensured by German optical sensors by SICK.
