PRODUCT FEATURES
The Famad DPO-160 optimizer is used for cutting out defects in wooden strips in areas marked with fluorescent chalk read by the scanner and for cross-cutting elements.
The marking of the areas of the strip to be cut is done manually by the selectors.
The material is transported using a belt feeder to the cutting area. After cutting, the material is transported to the receiving device - a rotary table using a pulling roller.
During transport, the material is pressed from the top by three pneumatic clamps and from the side by two spring clamps - which eliminates slippage during transport.
The machine tool provides fast, simple and precise cutting.
