Compact design in an excellent configuration.

F2 next edgebander with preliminary milling of narrow planes from the German company Hebrock, SPS-controlled (including touch screen) with a system for applying glue to the edge of the element and edge banding with an edge up to 3 mm thick. Equipped with a maintenance-free glue container with replaceable tank preparation. Milling station (approx. 12000 rpm) with separate pneumatic milling control and variable R1/R2 work profile (combi version). Solid, doesn't take up much space and is easy to use.

Pneumatic guillotine cutting edges from a roll up to 3 mm thick.
Maintenance-free glue container for glue granules with the option of a replaceable pot, polyurethane and glue trigger:
heating-melting time of the glue approx. 3,5 min.
glue container placed above the glue roll, the glue flows by gravity
pneumatically controlled automatic start of the glue application roller and automatic opening of the glue dispensing - after reaching the temperature of 170˚C, the glue dispensing automatically opens and the application roller starts to rotate, when the machine is turned off, when the temperature drops below 170˚C, it closes the shutter responsible for dispensing glue turns on and the overlapping roller stops, the operator does not have to remember about this activity, these are the most common causes of glue leaks; here it is done automatically.

Cross-cutting station, precisely cutting off the excess edge at the front and back using a saw unit (approx. 12.000 rpm).

Milling station operating on a 300 Hz high-frequency converter:
for milling excess edge from the bottom and top of the element
very solid and strong units mounted on special bases, which guarantees precision and stability of machining even after many years of operation
unit equipped with a milling head with replaceable HM steel plates for edge milling
rotational speed of cutters 12.000 rpm.
