Coils up to 3mm thick and strips up to 4mm, this affordable machine is equipped with a 1,2kg glue tank, pre-milling, automatic gluing, edge cutting, end trimming, up-down milling, radial scraper and polishing function.

Pre-milling unit: two diamond milling heads allow you to achieve a perfectly straight edge of the workpiece.
Pressure roller: its task is to improve the adhesion of the edges to the material.
Guillotine: ability to trim edges to a thickness of 3 mm.
Corner trimming: the unique and innovative design of the edge bander with corner trimming will allow you to obtain perfect corners of the workpiece every time without any cutting marks. All necessary trimming functions are programmed by the operator and performed at high speed with exceptional accuracy.
Up-down milling unit, adjustable settings from milling to fine smoothing of thin edges, as well as quick and easy trimming of narrow edges. With a 2 mm radius available as standard with dust extraction.
Radial sander (optional accessory) fine-tunes the edge radius and removes excess glue.
Polishing unit – this unit leaves a perfect finish on ABS and PVC edges and removes any discoloration on the edges, which is especially visible when working with dark material on the edges.
