The Holzing G-MAX 480 PRO straight edge bander with pre-milling, corner shaping and two scrapers ensures a high-quality final effect on the workpiece. The veneer can be in rolls up to 3 mm thick and in strips up to 4 mm thick. The machine also has a glue tank with a capacity of 1,2 kg, pre-milling, automatic gluing, edge trimming, up-down milling, and radial scraping.

The G-MAX 480 PRO edgebander is equipped with an operation panel with keyboard for PLC parameter setting and temperature regulation, which allows for stable and reliable working conditions that will increase the quality of products while saving working time.

Veneer feed in reels: the veneer feed is automatic for 0,4 - 3 mm thick reel materials.
Operating panel with LED keyboard: setting the glue temperature, selecting and detaching any units individually.
Pre-milling unit: two diamond milling heads ensure that the edge of the workpiece is absolutely.
Glue tank: Teflon-coated tank with a capacity of 1,2 kg is designed for EVA hot melt glue. The glue is applied using an adjustable glue roller.
Guillotine shears: using the guillotine shears, you can cut material coiled up to 3 mm in thickness.
End cutting unit: precision linear bearings that provide excellent cutting results and are suitable for various types of edges.
Up and down milling unit: the ability to adjust settings from milling to fine smoothing of thin edges, as well as quick and easy trimming of narrow edges. With radius 2 mm available as standard with dust removal.

Radial scraper: precisely adjusts the radius of the edge and removes the excess glue.
Polishing unit: this unit leaves a perfect finish on the edges of ABS and PVC and removes any discoloration at the edges, which is especially evident when working with dark material at the edges.
Heavy Duty Chain Feeder: The fixed material feed mechanism consists of a chain and a set of drive rollers that do not leave scratches on the surface of the workpiece.
