The G-MAX 330 straight edge banding machine is an ideal machine with an automatic feeder for straight boards that applies glue directly to the boards. The veneer can be wooden or PVC in coils up to 3 mm or in strips up to 4 mm. The machine cuts the veneer automatically, and there is also an up-down milling unit on both sides of the workpiece. 20 long rolls efficiently and quickly feed the material. The G-MAX 330 edgebanders are intended for plants that do not have large areas, but want to meet the highest quality requirements.
The G-MAX series of edgebanders is a guarantee of reliability, which is confirmed by failure-free operation in many companies.

Chrome coated floating shaft. Adjustable glue amount.
Ball and milling aggregates have numerical adjustment indicators, which ensures excellent accuracy of plate machining.
The copying roller for up-down milling is very accurate, in addition, it does not damage the workpiece and provides a great finish.
The polishing unit perfectly cleans and polishes the edges, leaving them in flawless condition.
The adhesive container with a capacity of 1,1 kg is coated with Teflon, which makes cleaning quick and convenient.
Five special heaters heat the glue to the desired temperature, and the mechanized glue spreader makes the work more efficient, quick and pleasant.
The frame is made of solid steel, which makes it stable and reliable.
The MAX 330 is suitable for plates with straight edges with automatic feeding. It spreads the glue directly on wooden or plastic edges in coils up to 3 mm thick and strips up to 4 mm thick.
Electronic and automatic temperature control.
The container for glue has a capacity of 1,1 kg and contains 5 heating options, as well as an adhesive temperature controller.
The high efficiency suction connection allows dust to be collected directly under the table to ensure a clean working environment.
Ball set - trimming on the sides and top-bottom.
The cover can be raised to check edge banding work.
Preheating in case the hob may be too moist due to bad weather conditions, this heating helps dry the hob to achieve a good finish.
Motor for final trimming - 0, 18 kW 80 mm (automatic trimming front / rear, milling unit up and down, polishing on both sides of the workpiece).
