The VALOR model is dedicated to smaller plants that cannot afford large-size machines, but at the same time care about high-quality processing.
- This edge banding machine is used for finishing edges of furniture elements with veneers and edges made of PVC, ABS, etc. The maximum thickness of the edge must not exceed 3 mm. Wooden sticks may be used, the thickness of which cannot exceed 4 mm.
- The straight-line delivery of furniture forms, successively to individual processing units, is ensured by a mechanical feed consisting of an upper belt feeder and a set of rollers in the table. The arm with the belt conveyor can be tilted over 90 degrees, allowing free access to machining tools. The feed belt and table rollers are covered with non-marking rubber and therefore do not scratch even the delicate texture of the glued boards (e.g. varnished boards).
- The machine is controlled by an electronic panel with illuminated buttons. These buttons are placed in 2 rows. The buttons on the top row allow the individual processing units to move from the rest setting to the working setting (pneumatic actuator control). On the other hand, the buttons on the lower row turn on the machining tools of these units (motor control). The glue applicator control has an energy-saving mode. It is enough not to use the feed for half an hour, and the temperature of the glue will be reduced to 170 degrees C to return to the working one after turning on any engine of the machine.Ready gluing is understood as performing the following operations in an automatic cycle:
- cutting the rim from the disc. Guillotine shears cut the appropriate sections of the edge from the disc on the unwinder (max fi disc - 800mm). Preheating the board edge (optional). The front guide is heated.
- a heater with a power of 320W. This system allows you to dry the too wet edge of the board, on which the adhesive will then be applied.
- applying glue to the edge of the board. An adjustable layer of hot melt glue is applied by a glue roller immersed in the heated glue tank. The tank is coated with Teflon and has 5 heaters with a total power of 1200 W.
- gluing the rim. Good bond between the rim and the plate is ensured by a set of 2 pressure rollers with adjustable pressure force and properly configured.
- cutting the beginning and end of the edge flush with the board. This operation is performed by a 2-blade cutter, which cuts the front allowance first, then catches up with the back of the mat and cuts the back of the rim.
- longitudinal milling of the edge excess flush with the board. The linear milling machine, which has cutters with a radius of 2 mm, simultaneously rounds the edges depending on the thickness of the edge.
- polishing the edge of the edging after milling. The polisher has an upper and lower motor with fabric polishing discs (fi120 / fi20x20) with the possibility of tilting about 10 degrees.
