Adhesive tank: The 1,2 kg Teflon coated tank is for EVA hot melt glue. The adhesive is applied by means of an adjustable adhesive roller.

Guillotine shears: using the guillotine shears, you can cut material coiled up to 3 mm in thickness.

End cutting unit: precision linear bearings that provide excellent cutting results and are suitable for various types of edges.

Up and down milling unit: the ability to adjust settings from milling to fine smoothing of thin edges, as well as quick and easy trimming of narrow edges. With radius 2 mm available as standard with dust removal.

Radial scraper: precisely adjusts the radius of the edge and removes the excess glue.

Polishing unit: this unit leaves a perfect finish on the edges of ABS and PVC and removes any discoloration at the edges, which is especially evident when working with dark material at the edges.

Heavy Duty Chain Feeder: The fixed material feed mechanism consists of a chain and a set of drive rollers that do not leave scratches on the surface of the workpiece.
