Heavy Duty Chain Feeder - The fixed material feed mechanism consists of a chain and a set of drive rollers that do not leave scratches on the surface of the workpiece.
Preheating in case the hob may be too moist due to bad weather conditions, this heating helps dry the hob to achieve a good finish.
Pressure roller - the pressure roller unit improves the bond between the edge and the material. The unit is mechanically pressed by a spring, suitable for the configuration system and can be adjusted exactly to the required edge thickness.
Up and down milling unit. The ability to adjust settings from milling to fine smoothing of thin edges, as well as quick and easy trimming of narrow edges.
The pre-milling unit - two milling diamond heads ensure that the edge of the workpiece is completely straight compared to the material being glued.
Guillotine shears - you can use the guillotine shears to cut material coiled up to 3 mm thick.
Adhesive container - Teflon coated with a capacity of 1,2 kg is designed for hot melt adhesives. The glue is applied by means of an adjustable glue roller.
Radial radius fine-tunes the radius of the edge and removes excess glue.
The double end ball cutting unit provides a perfect cut even with the 3 mm veneer.
