TECHNICAL DATA

The Polish brand Optimat RB200 4,0kW crusher hammer mill is used for grinding biomass such as straw, stems, wood chips, tree branches and forest waste.
The 4 kW engine provides high power thanks to which the machine shreds material up to 5 cm in diameter.
After grinding, the material obtains the ideal fraction for pelleting.
The built-in turbine facilitates bagging of shredded material.
The machine is equipped with a system of 16 hammers. This solution allows us to very precisely crush material such as wood chips, tree branches and forest waste.
We can immediately pellet the material thus shredded.
The machine is also suitable for crushing agricultural materials such as: peanuts, rice and other plants, husks, corn, wheat, beans and other grains.
The device is characterized by high efficiency and low energy consumption.
The ground material must be dried - maximum material humidity 40% and the material diameter must be no larger than 50 mm.
The offered shredder has a sieve with a diameter of 3 mm.
The limit switch prevents us from turning on the machine when the cutting drum cover is raised.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with an emergency switch.
The hammer mill is equipped with a separating cyclone. It allows the separation of shredded material from dust.
