The pellet machine of the Polish brand Optimat, model PP300PRO, for large amounts of granulate in a short time, is perfect for the production of pellets from organic materials, for heating and fertilizing, and animal feed.

The pictures show the pellet maker without the wheels fitted (the wheels are supplied with the pellet maker).

The reinforced model is equipped with 2 movable rollers, it is ideal for pelleting hard wood (beech, oak).
The versatility of the granulator results from the possibility of using wooden sawdust, straw, nut shells, rice hulls or paper. They are placed in a special die with Ø6 mm holes (depending on the die used), where they are subjected to high pressure and temperature (60-80°C). As a result, granules of perfect consistency are created. Some materials require the use of special binders.
The high power of the 7500W motor provides a speed of 1450 rpm, which guarantees excellent performance of the pellet mill. It is able to produce up to 250 kg of fodder per hour or up to 200 kg/h of wood sawdust.
The user's protection is ensured by a special safety brake.
Relatively small size and 4 wheels allow for convenient transport.
Practical discharge chute made of galvanized steel sheet to pour the finished pellets directly into the bags.
In the integrated, lockable compartment, you can conveniently store tools, gloves or other small items
Easy operation, efficiency and the possibility of using various raw materials will certainly make the Optimat pellet press suitable for many farms.
Pellet material must be dried. The maximum humidity can be 18%. The diameter of the material must not exceed 3 mm.
An additional cover on the inlet protects against the insertion of larger and unwanted objects.
Transparent control panel, equipped with an emergency STOP switch.
There are 2 indicators on the control panel: instantaneous current consumption and voltage.
The engine with the fan is completely hidden under a cover equipped with a ventilation grille and a tool cabinet
