Industrial pellet machine of the Polish brand Optimat, model PP300WOM, for large amounts of granules in a short time, works great for the production of pellets from organic materials that can be used for heating and fertilization and as animal feed.

The reinforced model is equipped with 2 movable rollers, it is ideal for pelleting hard wood (beech, oak).
The versatility of the granulator results from the possibility of using wooden sawdust, straw, nut shells, rice hulls or paper. They are placed in a special die with Ø6 mm holes (depending on the die used), where they are subjected to high pressure and temperature (60-80°C). As a result, granules of perfect consistency are created. Some materials require the use of special binders.
Powered by a power take-off shaft of 10 – 18 HP, which guarantees excellent efficiency of the pellet mill.
It is able to produce up to 300 kg of fodder per hour or up to 140 kg/h of wood sawdust.
Practical discharge chute made of galvanized steel sheet to pour the finished pellets directly into the bags.
Easy operation, efficiency and the possibility of using various raw materials will certainly make the Optimat pellet press suitable for many farms.
Pellet material must be dried. The maximum humidity can be 18%. The diameter of the material must not exceed 3 mm.
An additional cover on the inlet protects against the insertion of larger and unwanted objects.
