Production of spacers
The machine is used to produce wooden spacer pallet blocks. Reliable design and the use of an innovative solution allow for achieving very high efficiency.
Machine construction
The blocking machine consists of a monolithic welded structure called the machine tool frame. The machine consists of two sections. The first drive part is the M1 motor driving the spindle and the M2 motor driving the reducer. The second is the working part, which consists of saw blades separated by spacer sleeves and a shaft with a chain wheel mounted on it, used to drive the main feed chain.
Table with tension
The entire structure and all driving elements are covered with covers made of sheet metal. A feed table with a feed chain tensioning system and material guides are mounted to the material input part.
