PRODUCT FEATURES
The four-side planer WINTER TIMBERMAX 4-18 DELUXE is a professional carpentry machine with CE, TÜV Rheinland certification. The machine is equipped with, among others with a pneumatic side pressure located in front of the left spindle, a lubricating pump and a cardan travel system. The set includes hard chrome tables. Thanks to the feed roller located directly on the table, the machine is perfect for processing wet wood.

The body of all Winter XNUMX-sided planers is a uniform cast, milled on Japanese CNC machining centers, which makes it extremely stable. This technology guarantees maximum strength and durability of the machine, completely eliminating vibrations, even when working at high feed rates or massive workpieces.
Precise, DYNAMICALLY balanced SPINDLES
Our four-side planer spindles meet all the requirements of modern automated production. Before they are installed on the machine, they go through the preparatory, marking and balancing phases. The spindles are mounted using the world's most precise ball bearings from the well-known NACHI (Japan) company.
The work table has undergone a special heat treatment in order to achieve maximum strength. It is coated with a thick layer of hard chrome (0,3mm) to increase wear resistance. The polished table surface reduces the friction of the workpiece and the load on the feed drive.
SIDE LINE
The slot cutter and a special ruler are mounted on the first horizontal spindle. In this way, two basic areas can be created on the workpiece simultaneously, which significantly increases the accuracy and quality of machining. Thus, you can also remove a slight curvature of workpieces to obtain a product with an exact geometric shape.
ADDITIONAL REMOTE CONTROL
An additional control panel on the front of the machine enables quick and easy operation, simple maintenance and shorter setup times.
Powered table feed rollers
The standard equipment of the machine includes driven gear and smooth rollers located in the table. They enable workpieces with natural moisture to be processed, which increases the efficiency of the machine.
Inverter feed speed control.
It enables smooth adjustment of the feed speed by means of a knob on the control panel. The setting range is 6 to 36 m / min.
Electrically adjustable upper shaft with feeding system
Cardan drive and massive gears enable high load, free operation and longevity of the machine.
Feed system:
Powered overhead gear rolls enable very precise and reliable material feeding and processing, including massive workpieces.
Feeder for short workpieces
The device is used to feed workpieces with a minimum length of 300 mm. Thanks to the gear used, the drive is strong and works evenly.
CLAMPS
Three independent pneumatic regulators that control the clamping of three independent groups of feed rollers ensure the perfect positioning of the workpiece during machining in each zone. This reduces the time to re-adjust the machine and increases efficiency compared to springs and pneumatics, ensuring stable and constant fixation of objects throughout the life of the machine.

CENTRAL LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The central lubrication system enables remote lubrication of machine components using a hand pump. This reduces the time spent on machine maintenance.
