PRODUCT FEATURES

OPTIMAT VP series vacuum presses are the optimal solution for woodworking. VP-3000/4000/4000W models are equipped with a heating system, which reduces glue drying time and increases efficiency. VP series presses can be used for small companies and large enterprises.

Foliage
Solid welded construction with removable legs. Work table made of 12 mm HPL board.

Warming
Heating system with temperature control system. The heating temperature can be set on the controller and is monitored and automatically maintained by a sensor. The maximum heating temperature is 60 degrees.

Membrane
Natural rubber membrane with very high elasticity of 700%, thickness 2,5 mm.

Vacuum system
Oil-free Becker vacuum pump with a capacity of 25 m3/h. The pump does not require special maintenance and provides a pressure of -0,9 bar (9000) kg/m2. Vacuum control system and automatic pump stop. Pressure tank 15l.

Control unit
The control panel provides easy and convenient control of the ironing function. Two-position vacuum valve. Vacuum meter. Vacuum level relay. Switch.

Veneering, laminating
Veneering and laminating of flat and curved surfaces.

Coating of simple profiles
Coating of simple profiles made of veneer, leather, paper and plastic.
Wood bending
