PRODUCT FEATURES

TF series membrane vacuum presses are specially designed for preheating and shaping solid surface materials (Corian, Hi Macs, Staron, Hanex, Kerrock and others), as well as for acrylic and thermoplastic materials. The TF series vacuum presses are a combined solution that includes the functions of two separate machines: a vacuum press and a preheating oven, which significantly increases the functionality of the press. The model range consists of three models: TF-160H, TF-300H and TF-350H.

Foliage
Welded frame. The working surface is made of 12 mm HPL board.

Membrane
Silicone membrane, elasticity up to 700%, maximum temperature up to 240°C, thickness 2. Optional thickness: 3, 4 mm.

Vacuum system
Becker oil-free vacuum pump. 15 L pressure tank, air filter.
Vacuum control system and automatic pump stop.

Heating system
Double-sided heating.
Temperature control with PID regulation.
Heating plate made of anodized aluminum.
Pneumatic actuator of the upper heating plate.

Control unit
Temperature regulator. Two-position control valve. Vacuum meter. Vacuum level relay. Switch.

Thermoforming
Heating and vacuum forming of 2D and 3D thermoplastic and acrylic materials. Production of countertops, sinks, bowls, bar counters, bathrooms, window sills and interior design elements.

Wood Processing
Veneering and laminating of flat and curved surfaces. Coating of simple profiles made of veneer, leather, paper and plastic. Gluing curved 2D parts.
