PRODUCT FEATURES

Presses intended for gluing wood into boards and thicknesses, i.e. table tops, square timber, beams, stair steps, window sills, seats, structural elements of joinery, veneers.

The press has two working fields. The main pressing press is divided into pressing sections. Each pressure section consists of a suitable length, diaphragm pneumatic actuator controlled by a valve with a hand lever. The pressure force of the pneumatic cylinder is infinitely adjusted by air pressure. Each clamp is controlled individually. Each working field is equipped with mechanical clamps moved on rolling rollers along the top track and the bottom guide. These clamps are used to align the plane of the glued elements. The press can be powered by a compressor with a minimum tank capacity of 50 L, with regulated supply pressure or by a compressed air line.
