The Fx 500 saw is a new automatic format saw from the Polish manufacturer REMA SA It is distinguished by a sturdy structure and high processing parameters. The saw is equipped with a drive unit that enables the operation of circular saws with diameters from Ø300 to Ø450 mm, ensuring a maximum sawing height of 150 mm together with the undercutter. The standard cutting width with the rip fence is as much as 1400 mm.
- Trolley leading an aluminum movable table with self-compensation of play,
- Multi-chamber profile of the movable table, 416 mm wide, guided on 4 steel rollers and 12 eccentric rollers,
- Stable guidance of the movable table on 4 steel bars with a hardness of 60 HRC. The increased diameter of the steel rollers of the trolley translates into a light movement of the aluminum table assembly,
- Thanks to the mechanisms used, the top cover adjusts to the height of the material being processed, which ensures safe work of the saw. The cover is mounted on a pipe that also acts as a sawdust discharge,
