F5 next edgebander with preliminary milling and corner making. If you require maximum performance, the Hebrock F5 is the answer to your needs in edgebanding at a craft level. F5 guarantees perfect edge processing at every stage of work. This is made possible by its excellent equipment that meets the highest requirements: pre-milling up to 50 mm, pressure zone, cross-cutting, framing unit, radial scraper, corner trimming unit, flat scraper, polisher. F5 is a very flexible machine when it comes to changing the configuration or replacing units with other ones, according to your needs. Maintenance-free glue tank for glue granules with the option of a replaceable container, polyurethane and glue drain:

pneumatically controlled automatic start of the glue application roller and automatic opening of the glue dispensing - which means that after reaching the temperature of 170˚C, the glue dispensing automatically opens and the application roller starts to rotate, when the machine is turned off, when the temperature drops below 170˚C, the degree is closed the shutter responsible for dispensing glue turns on and the overlapping roller stops, the operator does not have to remember about this activity, these are the most common causes of glue leaks; here it is done automatically
