Veneer feed in reels: the veneer feed is automatic for 0,4 - 3 mm thick reel materials.
Pre-milling unit: two diamond milling heads guarantee optimal edge processing.
Glue tank: Teflon-coated tank with a capacity of 2,5 kg is designed for EVA hot melt glue. The glue is applied using an adjustable glue roller.
Guillotine shears with which you can cut material.
Two cutting units equipped with a double saw, with precise guidance (linear bearings) ensure perfect final processing.
Up-down milling unit: adjust settings from milling to finely smoothing thin edges, as well as trimming narrow edges quickly and easily.
Radial scraper: precisely adjusts the radius of the edge and removes the excess glue.
Polishing unit: this unit leaves a perfect finish on the edges of ABS and PVC and removes any discoloration at the edges, which is especially evident when working with dark material at the edges.
Heavy Duty Chain Feeder: The fixed material feed mechanism consists of a chain and a set of drive rollers that do not leave scratches on the surface of the workpiece.
