PRODUCT FEATURES

The edgebander is used in small and medium-sized carpentry workshops.

Jaroma Compact DWN plus single-sided gluer equipped with:
– pre-milling unit for "removing" excess irregularities from the surface of the element before the gluing process,
– the infrared heater is used to pre-heat the board before the gluing process,
– glue application roller for applying glue to the surface of the element,
– veneer cutting knife for automatic cutting of the edge fed from the roll,
– pressure rollers to press the edge to the surface of the element with glue applied,
– cutting unit for cutting off the protruding ends of the glued edge at the front and back of the element,
– milling unit for milling the excess height of the edge while shaping the horizontal edges of the element,
– corner milling unit for milling excess edges while shaping the vertical edges of the element and rounding the corners,
– cleaning units (scrapers) for removing ribbon chips from edge surfaces and for removing excess glue,
– polishing units for smoothing/polishing the lower and upper edges of the covered element.
