• The 4-shaft machine is incomparably more efficient than the S4R model. It allows for regular and even dosage of the amount of glue.
• The machine is suitable for MDF and clad panels. The type of roll should be selected according to the work to be performed, often with extremely thin veneers.
• By slightly increasing the force of the dosing roller and by precisely adjusting the thickness and drive speed of the inverter, we achieve a compromise in various applications.
• The solid structure and heavy shaft cores make the machine more massive compared to previous models, and also allow to achieve better results that can be maintained without any additional problems.
• A useful working width of 2200 mm can be achieved using these materials, thereby increasing the installed power and the direct driving of the spreading rollers.
• Roll change is easy to use and maintenance. With split supports and easy bayonet coupling.
• Optionally, a 4-shaft machine is available with 4 drive motors, 2 for the spreading shaft and 2 for the dosing.
