The Holzing MultiCut machine has been designed to increase efficiency, cutting accuracy and to save material costs in your workshop.
Holzing MultiCut has various cutting modes and is equipped with a microcomputer control for maximum operating convenience.
The order of work:
The air blower cools the blades, which extends their service life. In addition, the device can also remove dust formed in the teeth of the blades, ensuring a high-quality cut at all times.
The wood to be cut is supported, ensuring high cutting stability.
Each pressure roller is equipped with an independent pressure regulator for individual air pressure regulation. All pressure regulating valves are at the center for convenient adjustment and maintenance.
The Holzing MultiCut machine is equipped with a PLC for maximum ease of use. Electronic components and circuit design fully comply with CE safety regulations. Self-diagnosis functions and a warning lamp are displayed.
If the guide is mounted on the side, the machine can cut a single wood material.
The machine is available with several guides on request. The sizes of the guides can be specified by the customer. The use of multiple guides allows you to cut several wooden materials at the same time.
With the guide bar mounted in a central position, the machine can cut two wood materials at the same time to increase productivity.
Features:
Very good surface effect after cutting, which allows direct glue bonding, which saves a grinding tolerance of 0,15 mm.
The high accuracy cutting thickness is ± 0,1mm. No problem with gaps in the cut surface.
Cutting wood with a hacksaw can reduce material losses to a minimum, which reduces production costs.
The frame saw keeps material losses to a minimum. Saves 20% of wood material compared to conventional processing.
