A wide range of machined dimensions allows the processing of large elements. Max. the working width is 400 mm and the max. height 250 mm.
Each spindle with a diameter of 50 mm. External bearing for horizontal spindles with increased load capacity. The diameter of the cutting tools reaches as much as 230 mm, which results in a higher quality of processing.
The feed system consists of 6 groups of bottom rollers and 12 groups of top rollers with an outer diameter of 180 mm. The pneumatic drive ensures efficient feeding of the workpieces. The first bottom roller and the feeding table can move up and down simultaneously, which makes adjustments much easier.
Integrated high-strength alloy feed table.
The left and right spindles are designed for a double work table. The range of axial adjustment is 80 mm. It can accept two groups of cutting blocks.
The working height of the upper spindle and the working width of the left spindle are electrically adjustable, allowing for greater precision with easier operation.
