Principle of operation:
The shredded material introduced into the hopper is pressed by a hydraulic pusher against the rotor equipped with a turnable plate. The material is shredded between the knives rotating on the rotor shaft and with the help of a special knife placed in the machine. Then the shredded material is discharged into the tank by means of a suction system.
KONKAV tools:
Thanks to special KONKAV tools, it is possible to achieve high-performance grinding.
Impeller / Rotor:
The rotor is equipped with 2 cutting knives in each unit. It is also possible to replace the knives depending on the material to be processed.
Knives:
Our knives are available in different versions and can be reused up to eight times.
Sieves:
The sieves are tailored to the customer's needs. We produce them in our factory with a laser cutting machine. When determining the size of the screen, the size of the chips is also determined.
Hydraulic clutch:
When using larger electric drives, we use a hydraulic clutch to protect the machine. As a result, we obtain a smooth start and compensate for peak forces.
Distribution boxes:
The machines are equipped with fully connected, easy-to-operate switchgears. Controlled by a Siemens PLC.
