PRODUCT FEATURES
Pneumatic trapezoidal presses type PTJDB designed for gluing and assembling wood for construction carpentry such as: windows, doors, beams, window sills, for gluing furniture boards, stair steps, etc.
The press has one loading field, divided into four sections - pressure beams controlled individually by a valve with a hand lever. Each pressure beam is a pneumatic cylinder of appropriate length. The size of the pressure force of the pneumatic actuator is steplessly regulated by air pressure.
The press is equipped with clamping beams moved on rollers along the upper track and the lower guide. These clamps are used to align the plane of glued elements.
The machine also has two pneumatic side clamps controlled by a valve with a hand lever.
The press can be powered by a compressor with a minimum tank capacity of 100 L, with adjustable supply pressure or a compressed air line.
