PRODUCT FEATURES

DMJB-200 double spindle saw is a modern machine tool designed for longitudinal sawing wood with a set of circular saws. It is intended for wiping logs and piles on boards, elements for packaging and pallets as well as various types of strips.

The saw is built in a way that ensures optimal conditions for production work and easy performance of service and maintenance. All its sub-assemblies and mechanical, executive movements of main and steering movements were built in groups in four parts of the body.

The main body has headstock, upper and lower with spindle drive units. Adjustment of the height of the spindles is enabled by executive units controlled by switches located on the control panel.

The innovative conveyor assembly ensures the feed motion of the sawed material. The transporter assembly consists of two transport tracks.

Their uniform linear speed causes smooth entry and exit of sawn material from the cutting zone.

Sawdust is removed from the sawing area by upper and lower extraction. This solution ensures very good dust collection quality.

The conveyor is driven by a gearmotor powered by a frequency converter.

Adjustment of the linear speed of transport tracks can be made using the potentiometer knob on the control panel.

The movable set of pressure rollers enables continuous pressure of the processed material to the conveyor part in the whole range of sawing thickness. The position of the rollers is controlled by buttons located on the control panel.

The side guards and three rows of flinger protect the operator against chips and chipping of sawn material.
