The use of VIBER Power shaking technology is another milestone in the production of efficient sawdust extraction systems, the aim of which is to constantly ensure the same extraction parameters during the entire work cycle.
The extraction equipment with electronics and VIBER Power technology motors allows for continuous filter monitoring.
The system of automatic vibrating cleaning of the filter cloth - during breaks and during the filter operation, allows you to constantly monitor the correctness of work.
The filter used in our extractors is composed of filter elements with an expansion element into which the pipe should be inserted. Its purpose is to create a large expansion of air and, consequently, cause all sawdust and other waste to fall freely into containers/bags.

The suction fans are placed in a negative pressure cabin on the clean air side in special sound-absorbing cabins. They have a special blade design, which makes them more efficient and effective, and also helps to save electricity.

As standard, they have mobile containers for sawdust, equipped with a pressure system that allows tight connection of the container with the machine structure. Thanks to that, it is possible to achieve large negative pressure, without losses at individual connection points.
Pollutants from the filter fall directly into hermetic containers with the possibility of quick unloading, which have a special suspension system and mobile wheels allowing easy and quick transport and maneuvering.
The filters used were classified into the "G" filtration category - thanks to which it is possible to purify the air up to 0,2 mg / m3 / h.
The vacuum fan 7,5 kW / 8900 m3/h, at 3000 Pa, works on the principle of a turbine, and the soundproofed design of the fan significantly reduces the noise emitted during operation.
Certified control cabinet allows you to constantly monitor the correctness of work, thanks to the possibility of any location away from the machine.

The condition for ensuring full safety of connecting RLA series dust removal devices is the installation of a certified explosion-proof non-return flap. The flap is suitable for external installation (outside the building) in RLA series dust extraction devices (option).
