PRODUCT FEATURES

As standard, they have mobile containers for sawdust, equipped with a pressure system that allows tight connection of the container with the machine structure. Thanks to that, it is possible to achieve large negative pressure, without losses at individual connection points.

Pollutants from the filter fall directly into hermetic containers with the possibility of quick unloading, which have a special suspension system and mobile wheels allowing easy and quick transport and maneuvering.

The filters used were classified into the "G" filtration category - thanks to which it is possible to purify the air up to 0,2 mg / m3 / h.
The vacuum fan 3,0 kW / 5200 m3 / h, with the 2 800 Pa, operates on the principle of a turbine, and the damped construction of the fan allows to significantly reduce the noise emitted during operation.

Certified control cabinet allows you to constantly monitor the correctness of work, thanks to the possibility of any location away from the machine.

The condition for ensuring full safety of connecting RLA series dedusting devices is the installation of a certified explosion-proof non-return flap. The flap is suitable for external installation (outside the building) in RLA series dust extraction devices.
