DIRECT DRIVEN 1: 1
The APS X series stands out from the competition with an innovative direct drive in Direct Driven technology, which transfers 100% of the engine power to the compression system. The lack of additional drive transmission elements eliminates power losses and the necessity of their periodical operational replacements. The use of Direct Driven Drive allowed to create a rigid and compact structure of the integrated motor and screw module, which significantly reduced the vibration level of the device. Energy consumption with direct drive is over 4% lower than other solutions.

SINGLE-STAGE SCREW MODULE
Precisely profiled X-type screw impellers together with oil injection constitute an exceptionally efficient and energy-saving compression unit. Asymmetrically rotated rotors with an elongated structure engage with the highest precision, which results in the exceptional efficiency of the module. The single-stage screw module used in the APS 50 IVR X screw compressor meets all requirements and guarantees continuity of operation.

SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR WITH PERMANENT MAGNETS
The APS 50 IVR X compressor is equipped with a PREMIUM drive unit with the energy efficiency class IE3 (in accordance with the IEC 60034-30-1 standard, equivalent to the Polish standard PN-EN 60034-30-1). The characteristic features of this motor are a high power factor and a low level of dissipation power. It works in a wide frequency range (from 1 to 200Hz), therefore it works very well in the version with an inverter. High torque, load resistance and temperature resistance make the APS 50 IVR X engine durable and designed for continuous operation. The compact and common design of the screw module and the motor allowed for the elimination of bearings in the motor, which in turn reduces the costs of future maintenance work.

MODERN GENERATION OF IVR INVERTERS
The IVR inverters mounted in the APS 50 IVR X screw compressor are characterized by low energy consumption and a wide frequency range that they can achieve. Electromagnetic compatibility (regardless of the frequency) is guaranteed by the built-in EMC filters. The fourth housing and tight ventilation ducts protect the inverter against dust and moisture. The APS 50 IVR X compressor operates in an intelligent rotary mode, thanks to which it can adjust the speed and energy consumption to the current demand for compressed air. The use of a smooth start allows you to achieve 30% electricity savings in relation to constant speed compressors.

OPTIMAL COOLING
The oil and compressed air cooling system has been designed to maintain an appropriate and stable temperature. The two-channel coolers in the APS 50 IVR X compressor are located next to the outlet grate, so as not to heat up the interior of the device and to enable optimal heat dissipation. The cooling fan has precisely profiled blades, which forces the flow of an exceptionally large amount of cooling air. The fan motor is controlled by a control panel that starts the fan only when necessary. The adjustable range of minimum and maximum temperature forces the fan to work or standstill, thus optimizing energy consumption for the cooling process.
