DIRECT DRIVEN 1: 1
The innovative "Direct Driven" direct drive, which transfers the engine power 100% to the compression system, is a distinguishing feature of the APS X compressors. The elimination of additional drive transmission elements, such as: wheels or V-belts, reduced power losses and the need for their periodic service replacements. The use of Direct Driven Drive allowed to create a rigid and compact structure of the integrated motor and screw module, which significantly limited the level of compressor vibrations. Electricity consumption due to the use of direct drive is over 4% lower than other solutions.
SINGLE-STAGE SCREW MODULE
X-type screw impellers together with oil injection constitute an extremely efficient and energy-saving compression unit. Asymmetrically rotating rotors with an elongated structure mesh with the highest precision, which contributes to the excellent efficiency of the module. The single-stage screw module used in the APS 30 IVR X screw compressor will guarantee trouble-free operation of your plant.
SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR WITH PERMANENT MAGNETS
The APS 30 IVR X compressor is equipped with a drive unit with the energy efficiency class IE3 (in accordance with the IEC 60034-30-1 standard, equivalent to the Polish standard PN-EN 60034-30-1) - Premium Class. It is characterized by a high power factor and a low level of dissipation power. The motor has the ability to work in a wide frequency range (from 1 to 200Hz), therefore it works very well in the version with an inverter. High torque, load resistance and temperature resistance make the APS 30 IVR X engine durable and designed for continuous operation. The combined design of the screw unit and the motor has made it possible to eliminate the bearings in the motor, which in turn reduces costs for future maintenance work.
MODERN GENERATION OF IVR INVERTERS
The IVR inverters mounted in the APS 30 IVR X screw compressor are characterized by low energy consumption and a wide frequency range that they can achieve. Electromagnetic compatibility (regardless of the frequency) is guaranteed by the built-in EMC return filters. The compact housing and tight ventilation ducts protect the inverter against dust and moisture. The APS 30 IVR X compressor operates in an intelligently controlled variable speed mode, thanks to which it adjusts the speed and energy consumption to the current demand for compressed air.
OPTIMAL COOLING
The oil and compressed air cooling system has been designed to maintain an appropriate and stable temperature. The two-channel coolers in the APS 30 IVR X compressor are located next to the outlet grate, in order not to heat the interior of the device, and also to enable optimal heat dissipation. The radiator fan has precisely profiled blades, which forces the flow of an exceptionally large amount of cooling air. The fan motor is operated by a control panel that starts the fan only when necessary. The adjustable range of minimum and maximum temperature forces the fan to work or standstill, thus optimizing energy consumption for the cooling process. Energy efficiency is our top priority.
