APS 120 IVR X is equipped with a modern and intuitive control panel, with which you can personalize the settings of the compressor and the devices cooperating with it.
Single stage screw block
The APS 120 IVR X compressor is equipped with a single-stage screw block, which is directly connected to the engine. The use of a direct and innovative connection eliminated the elements used to transfer the drive, and this made the transmission efficiency 100%. This has improved efficiency by 4% compared to other drivetrain systems.
Synchronous motor
The APS 120 IVR X compressor is equipped with a very efficient synchronous motor, characterized by a high power factor and a low level of dissipated power. Compared to classic motors, the synchronous motors we use achieve up to 8% higher efficiency and are in the IE3 energy class. The compressor generates 120 hp. Very high engine torque, good adaptability and resistance to loads during start-up - these features speak for the APS 120 IVR X compressor with a synchronous motor. The innovative construction of the motor allowed for the elimination of bearings from the structure, which in turn leads to a reduction in the operating costs of the compressor. The compressor generates only 85 dB(A).
New Generation IVR Inverters
The new generation IVR inverters, which are installed in the APS 120 IVR X screw compressor, are characterized by high efficiency and low energy consumption. The inverters are equipped with EMC filters as standard, which guarantees energy compatibility regardless of the frequency (Hz). IVR inverters used in the Airpress APS 120 IVR X Screw Compressor operate in the range above 50Hz, which increases their ability to control rotation.
