PRODUCT FEATURES

VACUUM PUMP BECKER vane, oil-free type VTLF 2.250 engine 3 ~ 5,5 / 6,3 kW (IE2) 50 / 60 Hz, integrated inlet filter, vacuum relief valve

All axles are driven by AC Rockwell Alen Bradley servo motors:

- Y axis 1300mm is driven by two Apex Dynamics planetary gear motors (30Nm drive power)
- X-axis 2500mm drives the Apex Dynamics planetary gear motor (drive power 15Nm)
- the 260mm Z axis drives the motor directly applied to the Hiwin ball screw (Fi25, 10mm / rev stroke)

The planetary gear is mounted directly on the motor shaft and on the other side on the toothed bar provides zero clearance.

There is no problem with accuracy so we get very high precision of movement.

Support profiles are made of #4mm sheet metal cut by laser and bent into sections on a precision numeric edging machine.
The profiles thus made are screwed into a single frame that is fully welded together

From the top on the frame goes sheet #6mm thickness (also welded) and flat #NNXXM flat bars are welded on the sides.

The whole frame is milled on a gantry cnc machine after welding treatment - so we are sure of accuracy.
