PRODUCT FEATURES

The milling machine is used for two-sided collection of surplus allowances from PVC, ABS, etc., equally with the plate, with simultaneous rounding or chamfering of its edges. Simple furniture forms can be guided manually in the case of OPTIMAT 401 or by means of mechanical feed in the OPTIMAT 401T machine.

It is equipped with 5-tooth, profiled cutters with sinters with 2,5 mm radius, rotating counter-rotating at high speed. The amount of collecting the edges by the cutters in relation to the surface of the plate is precisely adjusted, and the dies protect against damage to the plate. The position of the glued edge of the board in relation to the cutters can be changed smoothly or stepwise by means of adjustable bumpers.

The milling machine has a table whose task is to provide accurate (without rocking) and straight line movement of the furniture form along the guides. Sliding boards, table runners and milling cutters bolted to special rockers, whose position is fixed by locking bolts, were mounted in the table plate.

The following bumper settings are possible:

Item O - chamfer of the edge made of elastofol or PVC with a thickness of 0,5 mm
Item I - partial rounding of the edge with a thickness of 1 mm
Item II - full rounding of the edge with a thickness of 2 mm
