BASIS OF MACHINE:

The machine frame and crane are statically and dynamically rigid due to their welded construction.
Additional stability is achieved by the ribbing of the frame.
Thanks to the high weight of the base, the vibrations generated during work have been reduced.
On the machine's arm there is an overhead crane assigned to the Y axis
On the crane there is a transverse mechanism that moves in the X and Z axis directions.

DRIVE SYSTEM:

High processing quality and repetition precision has been achieved by means of stepper motors, backlash-free ball-and-ball screws as well as gears and toothed bars.

MOUNTING OF THE ELEMENT:

Raster vacuum table for mounting coated and uncoated panels, ideal for NESTING machining.

CONTROL:

Interpolation in all axes, only two axes are subject to circular interpolation.
The third axis is calculated as a linear axis. The integrated SPS control takes control over all machine functions.
