Saw - milling machine performs feathers, grooves, plugs, cut-outs and other shapes. They are made at the ends of friezes, staves, skirting boards, etc.

Tenon machines improve work in many plants. Tenoning machines are primarily characterized by high precision and efficiency. Certainly they will work great in any carpentry, furniture, craft workshop as well as in mass production factories.

There are several types of tenons:

unilateral

A single-sided tenoning machine is a combination of a saw and a milling machine. The saw spindle is equipped with a saw blade. A milling cutter is mounted on the milling axis. Both tools have protective covers. The saw and milling machine are driven by separate motors. The entire drive is located in the center of the machine body. One-sided tenoners are equipped with a trolley. It is attached to the front of the machine. The trolley moves either mechanically or automatically. Additionally, clamps are mounted on the top or side of the table of the traveling device. Thanks to this, the element cannot be moved during operation. The clamps can be manual or pneumatic. Pneumatic presses with air, therefore an additional machine is needed - a compressor.

The work of the machine begins with the appropriate setting of the material. The precise positioning of the element is facilitated by an angular ruler mounted on the table and clamps. While driving the trolley, the saw cuts off the allowance, then the milling machine performs the cutter. After reaching the end position, the finished part is removed. The table then returns to its original position.

Double-sided

The operating principle is similar to a one-sided tenoning machine. Double-sided tenoners process on both sides of the material. This process is carried out along the entire length of the element. The milling saw has a bed on which two working units are mounted. There are two or more spindles on the right and left aggregate. The number of axles depends on the user's needs. The left and right aggregate spacing is adjusted manually or automatically.
This machine solution streamlines the production process, because two sides of the element are machined at the same time.

envelope

The envelope tenoning machine makes a spigot that is carefully adapted to the shape of the socket. Tools of the envelope machine through a rotating head move along a designated path around the workpiece. Thanks to this solution, we get any pattern or shape. In older tenoning models, tools are controlled mechanically according to the template. In new versions, however, computer programs replace mechanical control. The name of the envelope machine comes from the name of the metal machinery. In metals, the envelope tenoning machine is used to produce gears.
