Sawblade CMT

The cutting disc is the end result of complex designs and technical solutions. Each blade is analyzed for its rake angle, sharpening method, chip evacuation system, and location and sound attenuation. CMT combines the knowledge and experience of its engineers with the latest technology of the manufacturing process. The result are saws that as standard have: anti-vibration cuts - which, by limiting vibrations generated during cutting, extend the life of the tool, affect the accuracy and cleanliness of the cut; expansion stresses - hook-shaped to reduce noise during operation and to regulate the body during expansion and contraction due to the emerging heat. Only two materials are used in the production of discs: steel and cemented carbide. CMT saws are processed on CNC machines through all production stages. The advanced technology and precision of CNC machines ensure the highest quality of each disc. Moreover, it allows for careful and effective quality control of the entire process.
