PRODUCT FEATURES

The Hempel CKE machine is specially designed for the economic and efficient production of variously shaped round parts in small series, such as chair and table legs. A special advantage of the machine is that after this matrix or mold finished with wood structure - the workpiece and substrate can be processed simultaneously - without the use of tool steels. The machine is fully automatic and is controlled electro-hydraulically. Scanning of the template or wood model, milling and grinding of the workpiece is carried out by hydraulically controlled smooth copying.
