PRODUCT FEATURES
Chipper - RM 15 vertical mill is used for fractionation of sawdust (homogenization), grinding of fine and irregular scraps (dry or wet), shredding of wood shavings, wood bark, grinding of dry wood chips, etc. It is also suitable for grinding salty or corn cobs for the purpose of feed.
Material shredding consists in cutting it in a knife chamber by a set of two cutting knives and then rubbing the resulting woodchips through sieves with the help of rotating steel hammers.
The machine is designed for mechanical feeding of raw material by means of a screw, belt or pneumatic conveyor. The device must be connected to an active dust extraction system.
The chipper is part of a technological line for the production of pellets or briquettes from biomass.
