The versatility of the granulator results from the possibility of using wooden sawdust, straw, nut shells, rice hulls or paper. They are placed in a special die with Ø6 mm holes (depending on the die used), where they are subjected to high pressure and temperature (60-80°C). As a result, granules of perfect consistency are created. Some materials require the use of special binders.
The high power of the 7500W motor provides a speed of 1140 rpm, which guarantees excellent performance of the pellet press. It is able to produce up to 300 kg of fodder per hour or up to 140 kg/h of wood sawdust.
The user's protection is ensured by a special safety brake.
Relatively small size and 4 wheels allow for convenient transport.
