The PP100 pellet machine of the Polish brand Optimat is perfect for producing pellets from organic materials that can be used for heating and fertilization and as animal feed.

The versatility of the granulator results from the possibility of using wood sawdust, straw, nut shells, rice husks or paper. They are placed in a special matrix with Ø6 mm holes, where they are subjected to high pressure and temperature (60-80°C). The result is granules with perfect consistency. Some materials require the use of special binders.
The high power of the 3000W motor provides a speed of 1430 rpm, which guarantees excellent performance of the pellet machine. It is capable of producing 60-100 kg of feed per hour or 40-60 kg of wood sawdust per hour.
The user's protection is ensured by a special safety brake.
Relatively small size and 4 wheels allow for convenient transport.
