PRODUCT FEATURES

VPR is a cold membrane vacuum press designed for woodworking and furniture production. The membrane press is equipped with a rotating work table, which saves production space and allows it to be used in small workshops.

The photos show the VPR-3000 model.

Foliage

  • Welded frame with rotating work table and wheels for movement. The working surface is made of 12 mm HPL board.

Membrane

  • High-quality natural rubber membrane with an elasticity factor of 700%.
  • Optional: Silicone membrane, elasticity up to 700%, maximum temperature up to 240°C, thickness 2, 3, 4 mm.

Vacuum system

  • Worktable surface with built-in vacuum channels.
  • Becker oil-free vacuum pump. 100 L pressure tank, air filter.
  • Vacuum control system and automatic pump stop.

Control unit

  • Two-position control valve on main frame.
  • Vacuum meter, vacuum level relay, switch.

 

Veneering, laminating

  • Veneering and laminating of flat and curved surfaces.

Wood bending

  • Gluing curved 2D parts. Using the multi-layer method.
