PRODUCT FEATURES

The debarker is used for debarking logs with a diameter of 50mm to 180mm and a length of 1000mm to 6000mm.
The machine has a pneumatic system, and the cutting disc is equipped with eight debarking knives.
The device includes a feeding conveyor and a receiving conveyor.

The entire control, which consists of: lowering and lifting the clamping arm and the infeed transport is carried out by means of time relays with adjustable time delay. The debarker and conveyors are equipped with covers protecting against contact with rotating and sliding elements.

During the debarking process, the infeed conveyor is lowered in its front part. It then lifts to feed the next log into the debarker. The log rests against the bark bar and waits for space to be cleared to start the next debarking cycle.
