PRODUCT FEATURES

The Membrane Vacuum Press is designed for carpentry workshops where natural veneers are used for veneering the elements.

Polish-made press

  • By installing the heaters, we have obtained the possibility of accelerating the gluing process. After the press has been heated up, the wrapping process takes 5 to 15 minutes. depending on the thickness of the veneer and the glued element.
  • The process is widely used in factories producing furniture, windows, doors and coffins.
  • The flexible membrane enables the gluing of both flat elements, such as: furniture sides, frames and stiles, and shaped elements, e.g. panels, door strips and bent fronts.
  • Vacuum pump capacity: 25 m3/h
  • Vacuum: 0,80 - 0,85 bar
