PRODUCT FEATURES

The FLADDER 300 GYRO brushing machine is equipped with a strong gear head with 6 spindles mounted on it, which can be used with various types of tools.

The spindles rotate in pairs in opposite directions, while the entire gear unit performs an oscillating-rotary motion over the surface of the workpiece.

 

Uniform finish of workpieces and uniform tool wear.

The central head on which the tools are located is an extremely durable and compact unit.

Thanks to the efficient vacuum system, even small parts are held securely during the process. The vacuum belt width is 1900 mm.
