Frame houses and their advantages
Construction of houses skeletal relies on joining boards into wall shields with nails or using special metal joints, and then setting the walls vertically. Down greatest advantage frame houses include the speed of construction and the ability to carry out work at any time of the year and relatively simple technology. This makes these buildings cheaper - teams work faster and more efficiently.

There are two basic types of constructions:
- platformer (on the caps of the standing walls, boards are placed, which constitute the ribs of the ceiling, and on them a floor made of boards or, more often, slabs. The walls of the higher story or the flat roof are constructed using the floor as a working platform)
- balloon (ceilings hang on wall posts, the height of which is one and a half or more storey height).
The biggest advantages of a wooden house
The skeletons of the houses and their finishing are much lighter therefore they do not require such strong foundations as in traditional homes. An important advantage is also that home can be enlarged at any time for additional rooms. walls in this type of buildings they are not so thickas in brick houses, thanks to which at 100m2 usable area gain larger area at 10m2 compared to brick houses.
